Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order being placed.  

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, dependant on the service selected.  

The time taken for delivery is subject to Royal Mail and is beyond our control. Royal Mail quotes 1st class as 1-2 business days and 2nd class 3-5 business days although in our experience can be far quicker.  However we cannot he held responsible for these time scales. 

Shipping on orders of £40 and over is free of charge. These items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class unless the upgrade option is selected for 1st Class. 

If you are local to the Stamford area orders can be collected/dropped off to you free of charge. Please send us an email to arrange and select Local Delivery at check out.
